I am a user researcher and designer with experience in healthcare, consumer electronics and finance. I'm honoured to have given professional lectures in 8 countries and at universities such as MIT, Georgia Institute of Technology and the California College of the Arts.
I'm a recurring guest editor of Touchpoint: A Service Design Journal and an advising researcher at the Copenhagen Institute of NeuroCreativity. Before moving to Copenhagen, I was a senior interaction designer at frog in San Francisco and the director of strategy at InReality in Atlanta.
My educational background includes research and classes in psychology, philology and instructional design at the University of Oxford, New York University, the University of Georgia and others.
