A 45 minute Case Study by:

Lucy McCulloch

EF Education First

About this Case Study

Designing for international users can be a real challenge, especially when you only speak one language!

In this case study I’ll show real examples of how I’ve overcome this challenge at EF Education First. I’ll walk through our most recent redesign project, which involved researching and designing one solution for users in Asia, Latin America and Europe - all from our London office! I'll also share the tools and techniques we use at EF to design products that are both flexible and adaptable for international users but also deliver on marketing goals and technical requirements.
