About this Case Study

As more and more people realise that the impact of new technologies is huge, the question of social responsibility for the tech and design sectors has never been so important.

In this entertaining and insightful session, TEDx speaker, Huffington Post blogger, book author and owner of a digital detox digital well-being agency Consciously Digital, Dr Anastasia Dedyukhina explores how the internet is changing our brains.

Quoting the latest neuroscience research, she explains how digital distractions are steering us away from good decision making and innovative thinking, and encourages the design community to think of how it can create better, more ethical products.
