About this Case Study

As UX specialists, we're all focused on collecting and using data in the best way. Biometric user data gets beyond the user's opinions and gets into what the user is feeling. Monitoring micro movements in the user we are able to understand what the user is experiencing.

In this session, Alex will talk about how some of the biggest brands are using biometrics such as eye tracking, facial recognition, GSR and heart rate monitoring to learn what their users are experiencing when on their website. Also, how they're using this data to improve their user experience.
