About this Workshop
As UX and product design continually evolve, so has the way we think about design leadership. It is no longer only people management, but leading an inclusive function at scale. David Hoang, Head of Product Design at One Medical, will share his experiences and facilitate an immersive conversation around the challenges of design leadership, rewards - and guiding your team to the North Star.
The workshop will cover:
- if design leadership is indeed something you really want
- the challenges of a first-time design leader
- creating your vision and purpose statement
- running a tight ship with operational frameworks that stem from the team vision
- performance management for both the rewarding and hard conversations
Whether you’re a seasoned design leader or hoping to make the switch into leadership, this workshop will be hands-on and memorable.
